Old Town Canoes & Kayaks, one of the most trusted brands in the paddlesports industry, today introduced its new Twister sit-on-top kayak. Designed to perform in a variety of water this fun yet affordable kayak makes it easy to enjoy a day paddling with family and friends.

Lightweight and extremely stable, the low-maintenance Twister is ideal for beginning to intermediate paddlers. A large contoured seat with high molded-in backrest combines with ample leg room and dedicated foot wells to provide paddlers with all day comfort. Additional features including a large tank well with bungee, cup holder and grab handles round out the package.

Bonaventure River Canoe Trip with the East Grand School
image1Students through the East Grand School's outdoor education program in Danforth, Maine taking part in annual week long canoe trip on the Bonaventure River, Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec. We take seven days and six nights on the river which features numerous class I-II rapids, lots of lively water, great scenery, deep clear pools and opportunity to get away from it all the busyness of life! Best time to paddle is in June.
